Prince George's premier indoor cycling studio? We offer two MOSSA Let's Move workouts - R30 and GROUP RIDE. GROUP RIDE is a 60 minute cycling experience brought indoors and improves overall fitness and muscular endurance by rolling over hills, chasing the pack, climbing mountains and sprinting to the finish. R30 is a 30 minute cardio workout that builds fitness and endurance by riding with surges, short intervals, power, and ending with a rush. Both formats are designed to cater everyone from new exercisers to elite athletes.
